STRONG Group Exercise Class

At Progressive Sports Medicine we offer small group training with our exercise physiologists to help you stay accountable and improve your overall health and well-being. Our individualised classes mean you do what you need to do with supervision.

What is STRONG?

STRONG classes are designed to build functional strength, improve muscular endurance, and boost overall fitness through targeted, full-body workouts. Your program is individually crafted by our exercise physiologists to target your needs.


A 60 minute class that offers the support from our exercise physiologist in a reduced supervised setting in our premium gym with a maximum of 4 people per class.


STRONG is designed for those wanting to learn to lift, get stronger and be confident to move into a gym based setting or train independently.

  • Who can participate in the STRONG group classes?


Only existing clients of Progressive Sports Medicine who have had an initial consultation with our exercise physiologists can participate.


  • How do i Book?


You can book via the Book Service button below through Square appointments. You are responsible for creating, paying and rescheduling/cancelling your own appointments. Please read the cancellation policy carefully prior to making your appointment.


  • How much are the classes and how many people fit in a class?


Each class is $60 and has a maximum capacity of 4 people. This is to ensure that every attendee has maximum attention and can follow their own individualised program with the most care.
